Prof. Milica Veličković from the University of Belgrade, Technical faculty in Bor – Milica Arsić, Serbia presented at the 22nd International Conference on Management, Enterprise, and Benchmarking, hosted by Obuda University (Budapest, Hungary) focusing on “The relationship between workplace digitalization and older workers’ productivity”.
During this conference (18 April – 20 April 2024) the following was achieved:
- Research insights (how digitalization affects productivity & job satisfaction) were presented
- Networks were strengthened and expanded
- Collaborations were fostered
