CVET as a strategy of inclusion for Generation X and Baby Boomers in a multigenerational future of work in Western Balkan countries
At the 6th International VET Conference Crossing Boundaries (21–23 May 2025, Palma de Mallorca), Oliana Sula presented her full paper CVET as a Strategy of Inclusion for Generation X and Baby Boomers in a Multigenerational Future of Work in Western Balkan Countries, published in the peer‑reviewed conference proceedings. Her contribution sparked constructive discussion, particularly regarding lifelong learning and the role of CVET in ageing labour markets. The conference enabled extensive networking with VET researchers from Europe, Africa, and South America, and inspired future research directions. Feedback received encouraged her to extend the paper for submission to a Scopus‑indexed journal, further strengthening CA21107’s visibility.
Digital Transformation of the Labour Market and the Role of Public Administration
At the 13th International Conference of Sustainable Development (10–11 September 2025), Anna Putnová presented her contribution Digital Transformation of the Labour Market and the Role of Public Administration in Track A, Socio‑Cultural Sustainability. The conference, known for its holistic and globally oriented approach, featured 168 contributions that offered valuable insights for future COST‑related work. Her presentation was well-received for its relevance and clarity, strengthening her professional visibility. She established new international contacts and identified themes with strong potential for future collaboration.
