Eriona Shtembari from the University of New York Tirana in collaboration with Matt Flynn at Leicester University, UK and Martina Rašticová at Mendel University, Czech Republic dived into researching of the topic “Digitalization in the workplace and its effects on older employees”
During the duration (1st July 2023 – 19th Oct 2023) of STSM the main key achievements are:
- Expansion professional network and forged new collaborations.
- Presenting findings at the 2nd Conference in Business Research and Management (BRM), contributing to
- the discourse on labour market challenges and HR strategies in the new normal.
