Working Group 4 reviews public policy approaches supporting older workers in a digitalized economy. The synthesis highlights varied national strategies, emphasizing the need for lifelong learning and tailored digital skills training. Country profiles reveal differences, with Estonia and Denmark leading in digital inclusion efforts, while Albania and Czechia are still developing comprehensive strategies.

Ondřej is an assistant professor at Mendel University in Brno, Faculty of Business and Economics, Department of Law and Humanity Sciences. In 2020, he completed his Ph.D. studies in civil law. During his studies, he took an internship at the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Parliament and at the Permanent Mission of the Czech Republic to the United Nations in New York, USA. His research interest is civil law and personality rights protection.

Doctor of Economic Science, Professor of Management. Her research focuses on innovative resources, public management of the national economy. It also includes issues of the development of innovative competencies of older workers under digitalisation.
